[Voyage-linux] watchdog reboot loop on routerboard 230

I just installed voyage 0.2 on a mikrotik routerboard 230, and it ends up in a continuous loop where watchdog reboots it before the login prompt even comes up. The only way I could get into the machine was to mount the CF card in another machine and manually remove watchdog from /etc/init.d/ 

Is this a known issue, and is there a fix short of removing watchdog?
