hello, all of users: i want to compile zaptel-1.4.8, i followed the link from: Method 2: Download deb source Download the voyage kernel-source debian package from the following location:
http://wiki.voyage.hk/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=voyage_kernel and do it as follow: By either method, it will install the kernel source tarball to /usr/src. Extract the tarball by: cd /usr/src tar -jxf linux-source-2.6.20-voyage.tar.bz2 This will extract the voyage kernel source to linux-source-2.6.20-voyage voyage:/usr/src# ls asterisk-1.4.18 linux linux-source-2.6.20-voyage.tar.bz2 zaptel-1.4.8 zaptel.tar.bz2 asterisk-1.4.18.tar.gz linux-source-2.6.20-voyage linux-source-2.6.20-voyage_4.0-2_all.deb zaptel-1.4.8.tar.gz the above is all kernel-source files, when i compile zaptel, it shows errors: voyage:/usr/src/zaptel-1.4.8# make grep: /include/linux/autoconf.h: No such file or directory grep: /include/linux/autoconf.h: No such file or directory make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/zaptel-1.4.8' You do not appear to have the sources for the 2.6.20-486-voyage kernel installed. make[1]: *** [modules] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/zaptel-1.4.8' make: *** [all] Error 2 what do i need to do for the kernel-source? i am confusing the version of kernel: voyage:/usr/src# uname -a Linux voyage 2.6.20-486-voyage # but my kernel-source is : linux-source-2.6.20-voyage. there is a difference. any idea for that problem? please give me a hint!
