I couldn't boot from a USB device. I tried a USB DVD drive first. It will see it under Voyage Linux, but won't boot from it. I could get the install to thumb drive instructions to work, but w/o making more changes it's not persistent. Changes go away as soon as you reboot, but it gave me a linux install which worked on the Alix box. I did the thumbdrive install on a card & installed it in the Alix box, which would then boot on it. I booted from it, and followed the instructions on installing Voyage linux to the USB CF reader. The install worked, and when I switched the card from the reader to the CF slot in the Alix box I had the correct install of Voyage Linux running. I saved the previous card so my next install will be easier. _______________________________________________ Voyage-linux mailing list [email protected] http://list.voyage.hk/mailman/listinfo/voyage-linux
