Voyage integrate geode video support as framebuffer and the xorg release
voyage install don't integrate such a support.

You've to configure x to access video through framebuffer.
Don't use VGA access: resolutions and performances are really poor.

Oggetto: [Voyage-linux] alix 3c3 and video

hi everyone,

so i tried installing 0.5.2 to my alix 3c3, all went fine and smooth,
great and powerful scripts, but, as it has been reported, after i
apt-get install xserver-xorg and a window manager, all i can see after X
starts is a black screen

im unsure if this is a kernel issue or an xorg issue, i have tried
configuring X in different way with no luck.

i ended up making a debian debootstrap, apt-getting a kernel and being
able to have X running... but it all got bloated.

it will be useful for me to have a kernel that can handle the alix 3c3
video output or the proper xorg.conf for the latest version.

any light on this, appreciated,
/a
