Hi,all
I installed voyage-0.6.5 in a small motherboard with CF card.I have got
a problem when the small motherboard boot:
waiting for *root* device. Common problems:
- Boot args (cat /proc/cmdline)
- Check *rootdelay*= (did the system wait long enough?)
- Check *root*= (did the system wait for the right device?)
- MIssing modules (cat /proc/modules; ls /dev/)
ALERT! /dev/disk/by-label/*ROOT_FS* does not exist. Dropping to a shell!
I installed the CF card used a pc with centos5.4(I also tried with a
SATA harddisk).The following are the configuration which I changed:
Voyage profile : Generic PC
My small motherboard hardware:
CPU:Intel Atom Z510 1.1G
Memory:Kingston 2G ddr800
CF card:Transcend 8G 300X
Harddisk: Seagate 250G SATA2
