If you are seeing network hang-ups during boot on an WRAP/ALIX/APU systems (mine is a 3D3), try disabling leds in the voyage-util defaults file located in: /etc/default/voyage-util

# set it to YES to enable LEDS for WRAP/ALIX, NO to disable
VOYAGE_LEDS="NO"

Sorry I don't have a better fix.
