I found a solution. The problem started with the upgrade of the kernel for
2.6.x to 4.1.x.

The solution is stopping using wvdial that try to speak directly to the
modem via AT cmd.

With the new kernel a new device wwan0 is create and I used this to connect
the model. I use the libqmi to configure and send cmd.
