When you a re using an 030, upgrading to a better processor is also a must,
IMHO.

040s are very very old fashioned and outdated, as the 060s are. But there's
nothing better than a 060 in the 68k series, so you should take the 060.
It's about 3-5 times faster (in actual CPU Power) than a 040. You WILL
recognize the speed difference in EVERY application, even the opening of a
drawer window (with Icon-loading) is significantly faster.
Get at least 32 or 64 MB RAM.

BTW, the best speed improvement for your internet access would be getting
