Hm, I had serious problems with the .nz banks not supporting the 
OpenSSL "shared v2/v3" client method -- connection was 
established, key exchange took place and then server suddenly 
starved the link with no indication of any error.

I had to force it to use SSL v3 client method to get it to work. I 
don't know whether there is a setting in MiamiSSL v2 for this.
