Hi Olli!

I just found what I suppose must be an error in the way Voyager 2.95
handles background images and background colours.

<BODY background=relief.gif bgColor=#f5f5dc>

The background images "relief.gif" is in part transparent, so in my opinion
Voyager ought to display the non-transparent parts of the image and make
the rest of the background the colour specified.

What Voyager seems to do is display the non-transparent parts of the image
and then leave the rest of the background to be the default background
colour.

I hope you understand what I say. If not I can send you a small example.
