This is the URL of the bank's sign-up form- it actually forwards you to
another page. When you go to this location, Voyager reports "Negiotating
SSL ...", and then an info screen appears telling you that your browser is
not SGC capable. I'm using Voyager w/Miami SSL2.11, with the SSLVERSION3
env variable set (the link remains broken if you don't set this).

I've been told that the server is somehow able to check that the client is
running Win95+. Supposedly, each copy of Windows has some sort of key,
which can be checked online (and was used to track down the Melissa
programmer).

Once again, thanks Holger for taking time to help me with this. I know of
someone who just gave up and bought a PC. Hopefully, I won't have to go
that route...
