Try the MicroSoft solution to such problems: Reinstall Voyager (remember
to make a backup of the keyfile before you delete it). If you got some
bookmarks you want to save, then back them up too. After installation, try
running Voyager in the unregistered state before copying the keyfile back
to the Voyager directory.
