Well, I've done all the steps of deleting the ENVARC:MUI/VOYAGER.prefs
and resaving the global prefs.  I rebooted and V3p1 still won't
start up for me.  It completely locks up my whole miggy.

Oh well, I'll have to investigate later, or wait for a later version.

I have to sign off the mailing list for a while because I'm
moving, which requires me to cancel my current ISP and sign up
with a new one.
