I used the installer but there is no MiamiSSL in the Miami directory
or in the MiamiSSL15.lha archive.  Where do I get it from?

I am using MiamiSSL.  That seems to be the problem.  I have two
files from when I registered, MiamiSSL15.lha and MiamiSSLUSA.lha.
Neither have MiamiSSL in them.  Do you have a file named MiamiSSL on 
your harddisk somewhere?
