[voyager] Best settings for V3?

I am going to reinstall V3.  I have the following equipment:

4000T
68060/50 with 68 megs FAST
CV64/3D with 4 megs of video memory
two 2.1 gig SCSI drives each only 1/3 full.

With that information, can anybody please tell me the best 
settings to be able to optimize V3 for stability and speed?  I am looking
more for stability than speed.
