It's absolutely nothing to do with NetConnect!

It's an independent system that either:

a) can work singularly with one Vapor application. For instance, you could
use CM only with V3, to store all your web sites, in the same way as the old
bookmarks.mcc system in VNG.

or

b) it can work between various Vapor applications, storing user information,
web sites, FTP info and so on. This 'collective' information could be used
in MD-2, V3, mFTP II etc.
