Not really, but it's impossible to change without breaking the IPC
facility of V, which is used by subsequent V's to communicate loading of
new URLs, and by vapor_toolkit/openurl.

The "S:V-DEBUG" hack was removed from V3 because some of the V3
subsystems are not reentrant (the image decoders, for example) and can't
be made so without wasting larger amounts of memory.

I know tthat his is annoying in case of crashes, but I rather try to fix
crash-inducing bugs than to pull stunts to make it restartable...
