Hi,

same behavior of the menu item here. 

There is really some work to do for Olli. This menu item makes only
sense if V is in manual-mode. In automatic mode it should have no
effect (therefore its ghosted). And the automatic tcp/ip-stack
recognition seems to work, because V doesn't try to load pages from
the net, if miami is not loaded.
In manual mode this item is only a shortcut for 'cache verify=never'.
But it makes really no sense using an automatic stack recognition and
have to set the on/offline mode manually.

Maybe we get this fully working in the next <sigh> release.

same here, no deluxe, just the standard 3.2 Miami.
