Well I wish I could say the same thing.

When I try to upgrade from version 2.x to 3.x, it asks me for my original
email address I used to order the program.  I've gone through so many
different sources, that I don't have a record of the original.  I wish there
was another system in place to verify that I own a legit keyfile.

I've email the webmaster, and vapor-reg with this problem to no avail.

I guess they don't want to take my money...
