Well, my impression in many cases is that a lot of the
folks who do have all those upgrades are (and I am sure I
will get blasted for this.... ) one or more of the following:
- university students who are using their government loans
to buy the extra stuff,
- not married,
- married, but no kids
- older and kids have left
- able to get loans from other family members
- have a great paying job but little or no mortgage
- spending money without telling the Little Lady...
Take your pick.
I have a mortgage, that, if I did not have, the monthly
cost of which would buy me a great accellerator in 1 month,
and add in the insurance costs, food bills for 3 teenagers
and car costs for the wife's car that keeps breaking down,
etc, etc,... these all keep me damn broke! : ))))
Plus, add on the costs of my night school.... : /
Don't I wish I could get me a new Amiga or add ons for this
one!!!???
