Mike, evidently you have an older version of CManager.mcc installed somewhere
in addition to the preferred 13.5. run snoopdos and see where the program is
looking (and finding) the older version. You have added paths for the .mcc
files perhaps and the loadup if finding the older version first and boinking.
Snoopdos should provide some hints.
