You have not created a cell in a row for the image to be in, so V is
unfortunately skipping the contents.
In other circumstances, V normally inserts some so that it can display the
contents, but it appears to fail in this case, perhaps because of CAPTION.
We shall investigate; Voyager could handle this better.
