[voyager] Settings window sizing

Heh, just found something funny...
This MUST have already been reported but...

Does anyone else have the "feature" of General Settings having too big 
"small imit". That is, you can resize the window and make it oo small.
I can make it 167x101 pixels big, and the graphics are all cut wrongly.
Looks weird... I thought MUI wouldn't allow this... maybe the limit is set
manually.
