The legality of using it has nothing to do with the bit level.  It
has to do with the algorithm used to produce the encryption.

The International version of either SSL package (Voyager or Miami)
cannot be used inside the U.S.  It contains an algorithm, RC4 I
think, for which no license exists for its use by Voyager, Miami,
or any other Amiga software.  Reason . . . costs too darn much.
