I recently upgraded my key to 3.0 (december 3) and I had exactly the same.
First didn't come trough so it seemed. A day later I got the first key
within seconds and a few days later the second, larger, keyfile.
There was a difference in the signature of both Key emails though however
they came from the same adress.
I was wondering wether you had two charges to your credit card back then??
