Let's stop running around in circles. Voyager.Key is NOT a key for V3. If
you have not upgraded to V3 then do so. If you have upgraded you would have
been sent two keys Voyager.KEY for V2 and Voyager-3.KEY for V3.
Voyager.KEY will not work with V3 period, done, over and out.
