They're what other people do to you when you've done something wrong ;-) No seriously, if you look at the top of the V window you will see three bars. One contains the buttons for back, forward etc, One contains the URL area (where you type the web address) and, One contains your fastlink buttons. See them? Good :-) At the left hand edge of each of them is a squiggly line in a box. If you move your mouse pointer over the line then press and hold the left mouse button you can then drag the bars around the screen and either position them along the other edges or leave them floating in the middle of the screen.
