I don't think so..

Here is what I would do in your situation:

 Make a back up of the keyfile on floppy.

 
 Back up CM data on a floppy, INCLUDING the drawer for each "user."
 i.e. the drawer for "root", "user-name-1", "user-name-2," ect

 Download ALL of the V3 pre-releases, and place the archives in a
 single directory, called "BackUps" or some such.

 Remove any and all calls to V from the S:Startup-Sequence.

 Re-install each of the V3's in order from oldest to newest, letting
 the script "overwrite" the older versions.

 When all of this is done, copy your keyfile back to where it belongs.
 Then, replace your Contact Manager data-files.

If that doesn't work, do what everyone else does, blame OS3.5. 
However, I have OS3.5 and Flash works under both AGA and CyberGFX
here.
