Obscure?
What do you mean?

Colour? Clarity? Empty?

> 2). Why do I get so many JavaScript error messages at websites, and
> why are they so varied?

Javascript is huge project for a single programmer, and this area of
Voyager is unfinished. Javascript improves with every release of V, and
this will continue.

This has been disabled - it is not essential nor much use, but it will
return in the future.

> 4). What is a 'plug-in', and how does one activate it?

A plugin allows an external program to "hook" into an application and
share features - for example, the apdf plugin allows V to support the
display of pdf files inside its window, which V normally does not do.

Plugins gives other programmers the option to add extra functionality to
an application, without having to contribute code or be involved directly.
It also saves 'bloating' out one huge package.

Ah, PAL. You don't have a graphics card, and this is probably why images
look so bad. AGA is pretty darn old!
