OK, the serif is slightly larger in Helvetica. Will that show on
screen?

They are intended to be exact copies. You will probably find that the
computer versions of Helvetica itself are not exactly like the
designer's original drawings, either.
I do think that for 99.9% of Amiga users looking at a web page, they can
be treated as identical. (If there are 1000 Amiga users.)
