Well, hardly a minor point if you have any distaste for the ASL requester
(YUK!). An absolutely outstanding replacement file requester that I have been
using for years with every application imaginable is AFR. It is shareware and
allows a number of configurations for your satisfaction. Give it a try and
you'll never look back (in horror at what you used to use).
