Sorry, I wasn't very clear in the first mail anyway.
I get to the actual reg site but when V is negotiating the security
certificate it says
"SSL Server authentication failed
unable to get local issuer certificate"
It still loads the reg page but then when I click "accept" it sends me
to a error page.
