Erm, sort of. I've got PFS3, and basically, I haven't needed to use the
recovery tool yet because I've never lost any data :-)
Considering the sort of crashes I've been getting with V3 of late,
the fact that I personally have had no invalidation problems and no
data loss (touch wood) to date, got to say buying PFS3 was the best
30 quid I ever spent :-)
I can gurantee that without it I would have lost something (even if it
was
just the time spent in re-validating my HD).
To those who are over critical of PFS3, I don't mind. Please carry on
with your current file system. I myself will continue with PFS3 and be
very
happy about doing so, especially with V3 being in it's rather unstable
state
at present. I am happy in the knowledge that when V3 next crashes on me
(as I'm sure it will) it'll only take me about a minute to reboot and to
get back
on line, and I'll be able to get straight back to downloading them files
off
Aminet on to my HD. To those of you wiothout PFS, I whole heartedly
wish you all the best of luck when V3 next crashes on you, and hope that
the dice rolls in your favour.
