H'm. If you have installed netconnect3 and run the registration program it
should generate S:Netconnect3.KEY which is looked for by all the vapor
software.
Get snoopdos (and why haven't you got it - should be made part of the OS)
and it can tell you where Voyager is looking for for the key files.
