Or from another point of view (mine anyway) the website designers who write
to the proprietary extensions of microsoft browsers without regard for
accessibility to thier site.  It's one thing to see a small site do it,
but for the homepage of a major global corporation to do so is very poor
indeed.  Especially when half the stuff breaks upon the next release of
IE.  :P
