It is implemented in Voyager, so far as any program should. It uses TTF
and gives you a preferences editor so you can select which fonts you
want to use and which sizes suit your screen.
The rest is up to the operating system, and the TTF library is an OS
module, making the fonts available to all programs. Like the bullet
library it comes with an install program, which has some options which
Matt has explained.
The actual fonts are probably best put in a drawer called "_TTF" in Fonts:
The underline matches the name of the "_bullet" drawer. I have a
"_Type1" drawer there too.
