Dear V development team,
When a page contains a frame which specifies 'scrolling=no', it would
be good if V would allow the whole page to be scrolled. Then the page
would still look right, and we wouldn't lose any information.
I wonder if this is how the big 2 browsers behave? It certainly seems
logical.
