You can switch the "Offline Browsing"-Checkmark in Menu "Settings" to
on and simply type the URL in the "Goto:"-Field. V will load that page
from cache if it's there.

Yes, that would be nice ! ATM there are other tools for that. You can
try "wget". It's on aminet. There are some others too, but i don't
