If i understand well, you have problem with the config file.
Now, if you run V3.0 (save on exit enabled) and than run V3.2-V3.2.13-or the
two latest Alpha(3.3.35-3.3.50) you will have problems.
My opinion is to put the Alpha versions, in a different drawer(i.e. Voyager3
drawer) so the Alpha saves its config file.( important: not togheter with
V3.0 or similar)
