Perhaps because it has happened again and again. So very many Amiga
applications have been discontinued. At a quick look at my
muimaster.library shows me that in 6-7 weeks it is 4 years since the
last release, so... Yes, I can understand if people thinks that Stefan
has abandoned the Amiga.

But one thing they really should do was to update the SASG homepage.
