Hi,
This is OT, but, it is the only way I know to ask such a ques-
tion, to many, at one time.
I have written a book about computing written in everyday
English. This book can be used by rank beginners as well as
experts. It can be used as a textbook and as a reference source.
I would like to have it published. I do not have the funds to
hire a private editor, nor, do I have an idea on how the final
layout should appear. Therefore, I am asking if any of you either
can recommend a publisher (I would need a name of someone there.
Just a name of a publishing firm is unacceptable; I can do that
myself.), or, a literary agent who handles this type of book. It,
also, would be nice, if that person were located someplace in or
very, very near New York City.
