try the offline version of selfhtml at
http://www.teamone.de/selfhtml/selfhtml.htm
download it (~2mb) and install it on your computer.
if you go to the index (befehlsverzeichnis) this takes VERY long!
seems there is still room for "some" optimizations ;-)
