There is no need to go to the site to see the problem - the answer is
in your question! The URL is calling a script which specifically
checks for a copy of Internet Explorer 5 (the ie5 in the URL -
version=ie5) and if it doesn't find that particular version of that
particular browser then the script fails. This is NOT a problem with
Voyager, it is simply crappy programming.

Complain to BTInternet, and tell them to sack their programmers and
hire competent ones. Tell them that you DON'T have IE5, but you DO
have the facilities that it provides - ie SSL, secure forms, etc, which 
is probably what they are actually trying to test for.
