Yeah, I noticed that too. Definitely a glitch, albeit minor. :)
What I'd really like to see is a "resume retry" in that window.
Otherwise I have to go back and find the page with the link in
question and click it again and answer "resume" to the "it already
exists" request. Unless the server didn't support resume, I can't
image why I would want to retry *without* resume?
