I am another one of these people. Every version before 3.3.79 ran fine.
Yes, I installed it properly as I properly installed the 20 or so updates
of Voyager before this. I have all versions of the vimgdec_<cpu>.vlib
installed. I have reinstalled twice with no luck. I am out of ideas.
