Sometimes it is useful to save a page as HTML or text.
1. Could we have a default path setting for this ? At present, it wants
to save to progdir and has to be redirected every time.
2. Could it check for the presence of an existing file ?
(Overwrite/Rename/Cancel)
3. Could the text save save as burble.html.txt or similar, by default ?
Sorry, boring stuff to program, but the kind of thing that makes a
program nicer to use.
4. Could there be a menu option to disable the Flash plugin, for times when
a rogue Flash file is giving trouble?
