Hello all V definitely doesn't seem to handle quite right. In particular, when you get redirected to a form that V has seen already, you get the cached version even if the server is trying to send you a new version with extra fields completed. As an example, try applying for a credit card at http://www.egg.co.uk You'll have to complete the first couple of forms with your name etc, but when you get to the address one, fill in your house no and click on 'find address'. You get the empty form returned. I also have don't cache ssl pages set. This example relies on you having a UK address, but I've seen other examples of this, including my own cgi scripts. Even when I set the http header set to'expires=now' V still returned the cached version when you went back to the link. Is this a known problem - either with V, or as a quirk of IE and NN? If not I will investigate exactly when V displays what.
