the top and left frame is not correct. seems the "framespacing" or
"marginwidth"/"marginheight" parameters are not used??
this also leads to a redraw problem if you do the following:
just click with the mouse in the top frame, keep the mouse button
pressed and move it down. the top frame starts to scroll up and a
little bit of the frame line is not redrawn and is scrolling with it
instead...
also on
http://www.pagestream.de/index-d.htm
the top left frame (pagestream man) has the same problem.
