Some time ago I mentioned that Resume doesn't work properly on some
sites. It seems to resume at the wrong place, so you end up with a file
in which parts are repeated. The total number of bytes is too big and
of course it won't unarc.
Zapek wanted an example site for testing. Here is one:

It's very slow so you can be fairly certain of getting a time-out on the
1 Meg file.
