Optimizing apart, sometimes it is amazing how CPU intensive (thus slowing
down everything) the current V beta can be without apparent reason. Try
this: Go online. Load a hude page into Voyager (Hyperion's assessment on
Amithlon and comments on it on ann.lu). Layouting this is slow, no problem
so far. Go offline. There is no traffic left to handle. Yet AmigaLoad
displays the processor load near 100%, with V causing the vast majority.
Uhm, why?

P.S.: It gets even more obvious when more browser windows are still open.
